Job Responsibilities: 1. Organize and plan all kinds of large and small activities, such as: exhibitions, conferences, press conferences, performances, etc.; 2. Select a suitable venue for the event; 3. Select and arrange part-time staff for each event; 4. Relevant procedures for application and approval of docking activities; 5. Responsible for promoting each activity, coordinating and executing management (online and offline publicity, material preparation, on-site management); 6. Responsible for the planning and control of each activity budget; 7. Accurately understand the needs of our company or customers; 8. Supervise and maintain on-site equipment and facilities to ensure normal use and maintain the normal operation of activities; 9. Collect customer feedback, summarize reports, and submit to superiors. Job requirements: 1. 3-5 years of relevant experience, those with relevant qualifications or certificates are preferred; 2. Familiar with the overall planning and execution process of various types of activities; 3. Strong organizational planning, execution, communication and negotiation skills; 4. Familiar with the relevant policies of various activities and the relevant government requirements for activities; 5. Understand market conditions, have keen observation on various market activities, understand market demand and customer demand; 6. Cheerful, active thinking, creative; 7. Have a certain understanding of the materials required for various types of activities; 8. Have a hard-working spirit and a strong sense of responsibility, and have a good sense of teamwork; 9.
