Job Description

Brief
  • To provide an efficient and cost effective food service to the Hotel.
  • To ensure that all menus are constantly updated, paying special attention to seasonal availability.
  • To ensure that all menus are calculated correctly to obtain maximum gross profit.
  • To ensure that all staff is constantly trained to affect good portion control and pleasing presentation of all dishes.
  • To ensure the quality of food is maintained consistently, by creating and setting standard recipes.
Qualifications:
  • Has 2-4 years work experience in a hotel as the same position
  • Good communication basic English & Arabic
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be in UAE
  • Has strong understanding of culinary hygiene practices and HACCP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience:
  • Executive Sous Chef: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)
