Role Summary:
The Executive - Soft Services will be responsible for managing all non-technical services that enhance the workplace experience, including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and office services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage standards and procedures for all soft services.
• Supervise and lead a large team of housekeeping, landscaping, and ancillary staff.
• Manage contracts with third-party soft service vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery as per agreed SLAs and budgets.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure service excellence and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory for cleaning materials and other consumables.
• Handle client and tenant queries related to soft services professionally and promptly.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for soft services.
• Ensure all soft service operations are conducted in an environmentally sustainable manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing soft services in a large-scale commercial or residential facility.
• Proven experience in team management and vendor management.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and HACCP standards (where applicable).
• Strong customer service orientation and exceptional organizational skills.
