Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Top Managment schedule and appointments.
Coordinate meetings, including booking venues and preparing agendas.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls on behalf of the Management.
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the management.
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Professional demeanor and presence.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Arabic dilect is mandetory
