We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant to support the General Manager at our Dubai-based construction site office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling executive-level administrative duties in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the GM
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion
Liaise with internal departments and external partners
Support project documentation, coordination, and communication
Assist in preparing comparison sheets for quotations and vendor evaluations
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role (Executive Secretary/PA/Admin Coordinator)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
