The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior staff. Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
UAE Experience of at least 3 years.
Must be willing to commute to Dubai Industrial City
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal and external parties to further the interests of the organization.
Handle all secretarial duties, including scheduling meetings, making appointments, setting travel arrangements as well as coordinating business schedules/events, and social functions.
Obtain information from primary sources and confidentially report to the management.
Provide support to the management as well as other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the company.
Update paperwork, maintaining documents and records in a timely as well as precise manner.
Perform general office administration duties and errands.
Represent the interests of the company to various stakeholders such as suppliers, clients etc.
Ensure efficient, transparent and effective administrative information and assistance.
Maintain a level of decorum and portray a smart, professional appearance.
