to provide direct support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be
Arabic-speaking (native)
, polished, organized, and proactive, with experience working in VVIP environments. She must be confident in handling sensitive matters with discretion, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Chairman's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Organize and coordinate official events, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
Handle confidential correspondence, calls, and documentation with utmost discretion
Liaise professionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, and VIP guests
Prepare and format reports, translations, presentations, and executive documents
Provide support in protocol matters for high-level meetings and events
Assist with personal and ad-hoc tasks as required by the Chairman
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience
in a similar role supporting senior executives or VIPs
Arabic language native
(Syrian or Lebanese nationality preferred)
Strong command of English (spoken & written)
Advanced skills in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Well-groomed, elegant, and highly presentable in professional settings
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Strong discretion, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure
UAE work experience is
mandatory
Willingness to work flexible hours if required
