Executive Secretary - Full Time - (Arabic & English Speaker)

Salary:
3000 to 4000
Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and daily agendas for management
Handle phone calls and emails professionally in both Arabic and English
Prepare reports, official correspondence, and organize documents
Maintain filing systems (digital and paper-based)
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
Follow up on administrative requests and assigned tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in secretarial or administrative support roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
