Prepare and manage quotations and expense reports
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Organize and maintain files and records
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Support management with other office tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a secretary, executive secretary, or similar role
Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
