We are seeking a highly professional and experienced
Executive Secretary
to provide administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of executive-level tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive schedules, meetings, and communications
Draft and prepare reports, memos, and internal correspondence
Handle filing, document control, and data entry
Coordinate with different departments and external contacts
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years
of experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role
Preferred:
Previous experience in
scaffolding
or construction-related industries
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Presentable, professional, and proactive
