Organize and manage daily files, documents, and correspondence.
Communicate effectively with employees and workers, and handle HR-related matters.
Process and follow up on government documents related to employees (residency, ID renewals, insurance, contracts, etc.).
Monitor attendance, leaves, and administrative reports.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE is
required
.
Strong communication skills in
Arabic
(English is an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
