Accommodate visitors, clients, and suppliers.
Responding to inquiries and email correspondences.
Manage all technical and administrative documents and communicating with the project team in preparing and submitting Pre-qualification, material submittal, samples and other transmittal needed for the project preparation.
Arranging documents for travelling & requirements for obtaining visa specifically schengen, and arranging flight and hotel bookings
Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system.
Assist HR in maintaining files of employees like Passport, Visa, EID, Contract
Assist project team in preparing letter and other required documents for site onboarding
Assist sales team in preparing Vendor registration
Assist Accounts team in checking Etisalat, SEWA, Salik
Act as Secretary to the managing partner
Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals, where necessary.
