This company has products ranging from LV switchgear, wiring accessories, lighting and other electrical products for domestic, commercial & industrial sector. Next to their own fully equipped plant, they are the main distributor of several prestigious brands, they have eight retail outlets and their products are selling through authorized resellers, wholesalers, co-ops, hypermarkets and supermarket.

Description

Are you an organized professional that likes to perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings? Then you might be a good fit for our client. As an experienced Executive Secretary, you will support the senior management.

It will be your responsibility to:
  • Create and maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule for the executive;
  • Ensure that the executive attends all important meetings;
  • Manage the executive\'s phone calls;
  • Conduct any research the executive needs;
  • Make travel arrangements on behalf of the executive;
  • Problem solve any issues that the executive requests;
  • Communicate between the executive and employees.

You are a very reliable, loyal and supportive administration professional. Your passion is to build an excellent relationship with your peers in a way so that you can support them with quality work. Your time management and planning skills are excellent, to avoid chaos and you have control of what needs to be done at all times.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills, both English and Arabic;
  • Organizational skills: juggling many tasks and large quantities of information;
  • Discreet: deal with confidential information and delicate situations;
  • Expert problem-solver, including out-of-the-box, imaginative thinking;
  • Technical savvy: type upwards of 70 words per minute, you\'re a quick learner of new software, and you\'re comfortable with email and internet research;
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in the related business field;
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role, supporting senior management;
  • Preferably experience in a manufacturing environment inside Kuwait;
