Job Description
- Contact Healthcare Service providers for Empanelment
- Managing Empanelment process, documentation and onboarding of Healthcare Provider.
- Tariff negotiation with Service Providers
- Managing escalations related to Service Providers
- Coordinating with billing department for timely payment to Service Providers
- Making outbound calls to potential customers, convincing them, gathering requirements and coordinating with the Internal team to get the treatment plan and share with the customer.
- Liaison with Medical concierge team to arrange for patient appointment at the Hospital and make Patient travel arrangements where necessary.
- Keep records of interactions, processes, accounts and file documents
- Strong follow-up with clients and Provi
