Job Title: Personal Assistant & Secretary to General Manager
We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and flexible
Personal Assistant & Secretary
to provide direct support to the General Manager of the company. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to travel internationally when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager
Organize and coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel plans as instructed
Prepare documentation, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth communication
Accompany the General Manager on international business trips when required
Work from our Dubai office when no travel is involved
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Requirements:
Fluency in English
(spoken and written) is essential
Valid legal eligibility to work in the UAE and travel internationally
Basic understanding of Arabic is a plus
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in managing meetings and professional schedules
Willingness to travel internationally on short notice
Professional demeanor and appearance
What We Offer:
Monthly Salary:
AED 5,000 - 8,000 (depending on experience)
