My name is Leyla Baymaganbetova. I was previously the co-founder and CMO of the PRO Tennis Academy project. I am currently working on creating my own business a language and communication school, Klaster.
I need someone who can quickly grasp the essence of my various projects, communicate extensively with clients in English, and learn quickly.
1. Understand materials and dashboards, communicate with me, and be able to describe each project's strategy and business model in one sentence. Recognize healthy financial proportions of the business and alert me if something is off.
2. Strong project management skills to control and direct multiple internal projects simultaneously.
3. Independence: ask questions if the task is unclear and propose solutions to problems.
4. Prioritization: quickly assess the importance of meetings and projects, and prioritize my work tasks accordingly.
5. Willingness to handle routine tasks: manage incoming emails, work with the calendar, create content, post on social media, and update company profiles on various platforms.
6. Excellent customer service skills to talk to clients, as well as manage schedules and communicate with teachers.
Human qualities and a good match in terms of vibe are a priority since we will spend a lot of time together.
Work schedule: 6 working days per week
Office hours: 9 am to 6 pm
Work arrangement: 5 days from the office, 1 day working from home
