About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Marketing Assistant
to provide high-level support to our Senior Marketing Manager and contribute to the success of the marketing department at AKW Consultants. This role combines

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a sharp eye for detail, and can communicate effectively across internal teams, external partners, and event vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
Act as a gatekeeper and right-hand to the Senior Marketing Manager, managing calendar, tasks, and email follow-ups.
Draft professional correspondence and reports on behalf of the manager.
Track deadlines, manage reminders, and ensure timely follow-through on priorities.
Event & Vendor Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison with event organizers, logistics partners, and vendors.
Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
Handle bookings, confirmations, and on-site support when needed.
Marketing & Content Support
Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, reports, and marketing assets.
Coordinate social media scheduling, including uploading content on LinkedIn and tracking engagement.
Support the team in monitoring campaign deliverables, document organization, and asset approvals.
Team Communication & Project Follow-ups
Follow up with marketing team members on ongoing tasks, deadlines, and project milestones.
Maintain documentation of project statuses, meeting notes, and action items.
Ensure smooth knowledge flow and communication between departments
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, or operations support (experience in a marketing or events environment is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with project management tools, email/calendar systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Fluent in English.
