Job Description

Strategic

1. Contribute creative ideas and design approaches that support KHDA's innovation, employee happiness, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.


2. Ensure all visual content is consistent with KHDA's brand identity and Dubai Government communication standards, reinforcing organizational reputation.


3. Support the translation of KHDA's strategic messages and cultural values into engaging visual communication for employees, partners, and the wider community.


4. Participate in design-related projects, campaigns, and events that align with KHDA's long-term communication and cultural objectives.


5. Contribute to the development of KHDA's visual communication strategy by aligning outputs with organizational priorities and community engagement.







Operational

1. Design and develop layouts, graphics, and visual elements for reports, presentations, campaigns, and digital platforms.


2. Create infographics, illustrations, and creative visuals to simplify complex messages for internal and external audiences.


3. Assist in preparing content for social media, intranet, and other communication channels.


4. Maintain an organized archive of design files, templates, and creative assets.


5. Support photography, videography, and basic multimedia editing when required.


6. Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions within deadlines.


7. Ensure compliance with KHDA and Dubai Government branding guidelines in all design deliverables.


8. Provide progress updates and submit completed design tasks to the line manager.


9. Undertake other design-related assignments as directed to support departmental operations.


10. Support quality assurance of design outputs through feedback cycles and continuous improvement.


11. Assist in monitoring emerging design trends and recommend enhancements to KHDA's creative practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
