Responsibility and Focus: As an Operations Executive in the Talent Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of both the Performance Management and Education teams. You\'ll work closely with team members to ensure efficient processes, data management, and budget tracking to drive the team\'s success.

Technical & Product:

-Maintain data quality and integrity.

-Manage the registration of new training suppliers using the Altair system.

-Maintain accurate and complete supplier records.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data management tasks.

-Create education Classes and track attendance via Marcel Classes.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to performance evaluations, employee feedback, and other relevant Performance Management data.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency:

-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Performance Management and Education talent verticals

-Implement effective tracking mechanisms to monitor education and Performance Management expenditures.

-Implement tracking processes to monitor Education budget utilization.

-Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

-Support the planning and execution of the performance review process, ensuring timelines are adhered to and all stakeholders are well-informed.

-Collaborate with team members to compile and organize performance-related and education data.

-Ensure engagement and completion across all performance Management assessments.

Innovative & Analytical Mindset:

-Take ownership of tracking program launches and milestones.

-Extract, prepare, and upload training completion reports on PowerBI on a monthly basis.

-Propose new ways to drive efficiencies across the two verticals.

People and Leadership:

-Act as a liaison between the Performance Management team/education team and other verticals, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

-Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.

-At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

-Strong knowledge of budget management and tracking.

-Experience with data management tools and software.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
