We are looking for an Executive Director of Engineering, an individual with a background in luxury hotels, a true professional that is familiar with all aspects of a Hotel operation from an Engineering perspective. The Executive Director of Engineering is responsible to effectively put into operation all Engineering policies and procedures and to implement an effective and efficient day-to-day repair, maintenance and technical service operation supplying services as required to maintain the equipment and building in optimum condition. We expect our candidate to manage an active hotel energy and maintenance program to ensure that stringent energy management and maintenance procedures are in place and supported by all the departments in the hotel. Preference will be given to candidates with European/US education and previous Middle East assignments. We expect the candidate to have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution and at least 5 years\' experience in the capacity of Director of Engineering.
