This is a fantastic opportunity for an CRM Executive to join at an exciting time in 6th Street Marketing team
In this role you will have a detailed understanding of how CRM works and be able to use them strategically to deliver business value:
Key Deliverables:
- Works closely with CRM Marketing Manager to develop the CRM strategy
- Ensure CRM calendar and communication aligns with marketing and deals calendar
- Build, test and execute campaigns in the CRM tool, managing the end-to-end process, including data workflow and segmentation
- Identify new channels to drive existing customer engagement
- Drive growth and data-driven improvement across the engagement and retention funnel to increase revenue through journey building, customer engagement and repeat transactions.
- Conduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from campaigns, producing regular reports on performance
- Support the implementation and updates of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization
- Enhancing the efficiency of our digital marketing activities through marketing automation.
