About Us: Apparel Group is a leading retail organization in Dubai, committed to delivering excellence in the fashion and beauty industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance - Executive with regulatory affairs experience to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Compliance Executive - Regulatory Affairs, you will play a key role in ensuring that our cosmetic products adhere to the regulatory standards set by relevant government bodies. The ideal candidate will have a scientific work background, educational qualifications in a related field, and preferably 1 year or less of experience in the cosmetic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for cosmetic products,

Documentation and Submissions: Prepare and submit necessary documentation to relevant government bodies for product registrations and approvals.

Product Labeling: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accurate and compliant product labeling based on regulatory standards.

Monitoring Changes: Stay abreast of changes in regulations and standards related to cosmetics in the GCC, and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and legal, to align compliance efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific field, preferably in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.

1 year or less of experience in the cosmetic industry, with a focus on regulatory affairs and compliance.

Experience with regulatory bodies such as SASO, SFDA, Montaji and MOIAT.

Strong understanding of cosmetic regulations and standards in the GCC.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and organize regulatory documentation.
