Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Package: Up to 30,000 AED per month, plus benefits.
I am currently supporting a leading investment management company whodevelop, own, andoperate successful F&B, hospitality & entertainment concepts across the Middle East, USA, Asia andEurope.
The group are now looking to launch a new high end Spanish/Meditteranean fine dining concept in Dubai, UAE and are now seeking an Executive Chef to manage all BOH operations.
The restaurant is targetting a October 2023 launch, and ideally we\'re looking for those with prior pre-opening experience alongside demonstrated experience working within the GCC capacity.

Respsonibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
- Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs.
- Supervise kitchen staff\xe2\x80\x99s activities.
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
- Recruit and manage kitchen staff.
- Rectify arising problems or complaints.
- Give prepared plates the \xe2\x80\x9cfinal touch\xe2\x80\x9d.
- Perform administrative duties.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Keep time and payroll records.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Proven working experience as a Head/Executive Chef.
- Previous experience managing pre-opening venues, alongside demonstrated experience working within the GCC.
- Excellent record of kitchen management.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office,restaurant managementsoftware, POS).
- BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate.
