Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and delivery of all meals in accordance with dietary requirements and hospital standards
Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and excellence
Plan weekly and monthly menus in collaboration with dietitians and healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Manage food inventory, procurement, and cost control
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training

Ability to work in a multicultural and remote environment
