to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meat cuts for hotel kitchens while maintaining strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards in line with hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cut, trim, and portion meats according to hotel and kitchen standards
Supply meat products to various hotel outlets (restaurant, banquets, staff kitchen)
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and temperature control of all meat items
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the butchery and cold storage areas
Follow HACCP, food safety, and hotel hygiene policies at all times
Coordinate with Executive Chef / Sous Chef regarding daily requirements
Minimize wastage and support inventory control
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Butcher in a
hotel or resort environment
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, portion control, and yield management
Understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary or Butchery certification
Experience in 4-5 star hotel kitchens
