About the Concept
The Client is launching an exciting new culinary concept in Lebanon, dedicated to delivering authentic Danish pastries, premium bakery items, and fine Viennoiserie. We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead this new venture, from concept creation through to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recipes for authentic Danish pastries, Viennoiserie, and artisanal bakery items.
- Oversee the kitchen setup, production processes, and operational flow.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of bakers and pastry chefs.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor global pastry and bakery trends to keep the menu innovative and competitive.
- Manage kitchen costs and inventory while maintaining high production efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role.
- Expertise in Danish pastry, Viennoiserie, and bakery production.
- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
- High attention to detail, product quality, and presentation.
- Ability to relocate to Lebanon.
- Preferred nationality: Filipino (though candidates from GCC or abroad are also welcome).
- Open/Negotiable salary package.
