- Menu Planning: Develop innovative and appealing menus that align with the restaurant\'s concept and target audience.
- Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and sanitation protocols.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
- Budget Management: Develop and adhere to budgetary guidelines for food costs, labor expenses, and other kitchen-related expenditures.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing, to coordinate ingredient sourcing and procurement.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and innovation in menu development.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
