The Role
About the Client: One of the region\xe2\x80\x99s leading catering and hospitality services provider. : ? Design and develop menus ? Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently ? Manage food costs, including inventory control, purchasing, and waste reduction ? Ensure that all food served meets the highest standards of quality and consistency ? Supervise kitchen staff and provide training and development opportunities
Requirements
Position Title: Executive Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Qualifications: ? Open to Arabic nationals ? Male, 25 to 40 y/o ? Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a 5-star hotel background or fine dining restaurant ? Must have Arabic / International / Western cuisines experience ? With HACCP knowledge
