We are looking for an Executive Chef that is creative and knowledgeable about all aspects of food preparation for our NEWEST YVORA RESTAURANT. The Executive Chef will supervise and manage our kitchen staff, maintains a cooperative relationship with team members, and optimizes staff productivity. The ideal applicants should be innovative and service oriented. Executive Chef responsibilities include: Organizing, managing culinary and food preparation tasks. Modify menus or developing new ones that adhere to high standards. Obtaining feedback on food service quality and responding to issues and concerns. Supervise kitchen staff\xe2\x80\x99s activities and give prepared plates the \xe2\x80\x9cfinal touch\xe2\x80\x9d. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Performing administrative tasks such as making purchase orders and inventorying the food and equipment supplies. Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
