Executive Chef
Job Description
We are looking for a professional to lead our kitchen, who has the passion and skills on new menus and dishes and dealing with the kitchen daily operations. EXECUTIVE CHEF:
-With at least 5 years' UAE experience in the same position
-Excellent knowledge of culinary ingredients and practices
-Technical cooking and creative skills
-Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate staffs and has the ability to delegate tasks
-With degree or equivalent training and with food hygiene and food preparation qualifications
