Job Description

Executive Chef for Restaurant Group We are looking for a Executive Chef to oversee the culinary department in Abu Dhabi, overseeing BOH operations for two casual dining restaurants. "NO LIMITS MENU" - taste and plating must be out of this world (Absolutely Beautiful Plating) Must have Native Arabic (Levant) Cuisine experience as well as good working knowledge and skill with Mediterranean and other cuisines. As well as both Catering, Events and A La Carte service experience Will be responsible for all BOH operations in both restaurants. Will be required to work closely with GM and Outlet RM to create a new menu and oversee the training of a new and existing culinary teams. Previous Experience in 4*+ Hotel required or equivalent level of service stand alone restaurant. Salary package is flexible for the right candidate Menu Tasting will be required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED12,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • 4* + Hotel or Equivalent: 5 years (Required)
  • Catering: 5 years (Required)
  • Arabic Cuisine: 10 years (Required)
  • Mediterranean or European Cuisine: 5 years (Required)
Language:
  • Arabic (Required)
  • English (Required)
License/Certification:
  • Drivers Lisence (Required)
