We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Executive - Business Development/Sales
to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the UAE, Oman, and the wider GCC market.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Client Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, fostering trust and loyalty.
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales reports and provide insights to inform business development strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of successful outdoor sales or business development experience in the UAE, Oman, or the GCC market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle with have added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
