JOB PURPOSE:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the department's key performance indicators: New Business Revenue streams & Build Patient Referral Network/Resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Basic knowledge of Medical Terminologies.
- Excellent Time management skills & multi-tasker with knack for efficiently organizing self.
- Willingness to serve patients 24x7.
- Proficiency in productivity software such as MS Excel & MS PowerPoint for preparing monthly MIS for review meeting.
- Responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of international activities with the host country business partner, local sales team or independently as needed. Plan and execute medical & surgical camps in host country.
- Work closely with the Head - BD & CCO for conceptualizing new initiatives to make the brand a renowned hospital brand across the globe.
- Analyze and devise referral plans to attract International Patients to Aster Group.
- Willingness to travel and explore new geographical areas and markets to promote the hospital brand and target customers.
- Willingness to Travel into newer geographies, especially Turkey, Russia & neighbouring countries in Europe & CIS.
- Undertake ATL/BTL promotion activities across the globe.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant to MVT patient footfalls.
- Develop relationships with businesses and medical fraternity groups to promote the Hospital and Hospital Services.
- Design and execute and participate in medical exhibitions to promote the services of the hospital.
- Work closely with team members and top management to identify key potential Doctor of International repute who can be taken on board with the hospital based on their specialty.
- Basic knowledge on social media & search engine applications like Instagram, facebook, Yandex etc.
- Ownership & periodic updates on MVT Tracker for tracking queries, conversion, post-op follow-ups, etc.
Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- Fluency in English, Russian &/ Turkish Language
- Attitude to serve.
Quality Improvement (Safety, Risk Management):
- Participates in continuous quality improvement projects, and Departmental projects.
- Demonstrate a safe working environment through compliance with Hospital Policy and Procedure regarding safety & infection control.
- Promote and maintain a culture of safety.
- Participates in customer service trainings
- Encourages customers to respond to Satisfaction Survey
