Location: Dubai, Regional Office (UAE).
Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join Nord Anglia Education, to support the Regional Managing Director, based in our Dubai - Regional Office (UAE).
The role:
We seek an individual to join as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director where your focus will:

• Provide full executive administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and coordination of regional and international calls.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Plan and manage complex travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transport, and visa requirements for the Managing Director and visiting executives.
• Maintain an organised filing and document management system (digital and physical) for all correspondence, reports, and contracts.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience supporting a senior executive, ideally in a multinational or education organisation
• Proven experience managing complex diaries, international travel, and multi-stakeholder communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to work effectively across diverse teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and manage competing deadlines
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours to support global time zones
