Role Summary:
  • We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join PropertyFinder on a full time capacity, to support the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer (CSTO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
  • The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details.
  • This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to multiple Senior Leaders on both professional and personal tasks.
  • Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CSTO and CTO and at times other executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
  • Understand the rhythm of the organization and ensure complex dependencies to the rhythm are taken care of
  • Manage both professional and personal scheduling for CSTO and CTO such as agendas, email, phone calls as well as other professional and personal tasks
  • Manage senior executives\xe2\x80\x99 travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives\xe2\x80\x99 priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site

Desired Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years administrative experience managing multiple Executives. Having done the role in a consulting and investment banking environment is significantly preferable, given the high pace Property Finder is operating at
  • Large scale and customized event management is a massive plus
  • \xe2\x80\x9cCan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude - can get things done without excuses
  • Massive attention to detail in ensuring even the smallest details of executing a plan is taken care of
  • UAE experience is preferred but not a must
  • Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written)
