What You'll Do:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and VIP communications seamlessly.
Handle high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Coordinate travel, appointments, and internal/external communications.
Represent senior management with professionalism and discretion at all times.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years' experience
as an Executive/Personal Assistant, preferably in real estate.
Skilled in
VIP handling
and managing senior executives' schedules.
Bachelor's degree with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Highly professional, discreet, well-groomed, and
ready to join immediately
.
Proficient in MS Office and office management tools.
Knowledge of Arabic language isn't mandatory, but an added advantage
