We are looking for a proactive and well-organized
Executive Assistant
to support our Managing Director with day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have
2-3 years of experience
in a similar role and the ability to communicate professionally across departments and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level administrative support to the Managing Director
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle coordination tasks
Draft and manage official correspondence, documents, and reports
Maintain confidential records and business files
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and business documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients professionally
Support basic accounting functions (invoice follow-up, expense tracking, data entries)
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely closure
Assist with travel, logistics, and general operational support
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
2-3 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Office Coordinator
Basic knowledge of
accounting and invoicing
is required
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi/Urdu, and Malayalam
are mandatory
Excellent drafting, follow-up, and coordination abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
