MIE Events DMCC is a leading organizer of international B2B exhibitions and trade shows across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team in Dubai.

This role requires a well-organized, proactive individual with experience in the events or exhibitions industry, who can provide solid support to both sales and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

Assist with client communications, follow-ups, and proposal preparations Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data Prepare presentations, sales documents, and reports Support event registration, coordination, and client onboarding
Marketing Coordination

Help execute digital campaigns via email, social media, and online platforms Coordinate the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, online ads) Assist with social media posting, engagement tracking, and analytics Maintain and update event websites and online listings
Administrative Tasks

Schedule internal/external meetings and calls Prepare minutes, reports, and marketing updates Assist with onsite event support and client hospitality, as needed
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/marketing assistant role Prior experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B services is strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic digital marketing tools Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Energetic, detail-oriented, and team-focused
