Where this role fits in our mission We are looking for a responsible and talented Executive Assistant to provide timely and well-organized secretarial and administrative support to the CEO. You will be working on a one-to-one basis with the CEO in regards to his tasks and projects. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working on
Provide proactive and efficient secretarial support to the CEO.
Manage the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s calendars and set up meetings
Key point of contact for the CEO; proactively managing internal and external enquiries and communication, some of which may be of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
Support the CEO by preparing them for meetings, including organising travel arrangements, providing all supporting information and documentation such as agendas, minutes, papers etc.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Undertake specific projects as directed, some of which may be of a complex and confidential nature.
Provide ad-hoc support as required, such as conducting research, gathering data etc and presenting findings in a timely manner.
Ideal candidate
5+ years of work experience as Admin / HR Support.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Adept to working in fast paced workflows and environments
Discretion and confidentiality
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision
Attention to details
Outstanding technical skills with knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
