Job description
  • Act as the point of contact among CEO and employees.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage CEO calendars and set up meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for visits abroad.
  • Manage Visa applications and documents required for the same.
  • Format information for internal and external communication ? memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Should be able to do Banking work
  • Arrange chocolates and flowers whenever required.
  • Should manage all printing work.
Requirements
  • 3+ years? Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Driving license is a must.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
  • Office timings are 10 am to 7 pm 5 days a week. The location is in JAFZA area . Will you be fine with it
Experience:
  • Making travel arrangements for visits abroad: 3 years (Required)
  • Noting minutes of meeting: 3 years (Required)
  • working for top management: 3 years (Required)
  • managing Calendars & appointments: 3 years (Required)
  • excellent MS office: 3 years (Required)
  • memos, emails, presentations, reports: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
  • UAE Driving License (Required)
Expected Start Date: 01/06/2023
