Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO
Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the CEO
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting top-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Discretion and trustworthiness due to the sensitive nature of the role.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
