The Role
: - Support the MD in launching a start-up Fintech Project, engage in the market research, furnish timely updates and essential information crucial for the business - Participate in various forums and groups, representing the CEO/MD, interacting with market leaders/partners, and subsequently relaying the gathered insights back to the CEO - Assist the MD/CEO with various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling expenses, composing correspondence, organizing travel plans, and preparing meeting documents. - Monitor and finetune the Projects on behalf of the CEO at times and be the bridge of communication for the Team / taskforce team working in various countries. - Draft reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with Business associates, Team / Partner(s) and prospects

Position Title: Executive Assistant to CEO/MD Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A start-up Fintech company in Dubai Qualifications: - Female, 38 years old and below - At least 5 years of experience in the similar role - Strong background and knowledge in Fintech industry is preferred - Should be able to travel to West Africa, if needed and required
