Organizing and maintaining the CEO's diary and making appointments

  • Organizing and attending meetings, and arranging business trips (including flights and accommodations)
  • Act as point of contact among executives ,employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentation and correspondence
  • Collating and Managing the Finances.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
