About the Role

Iris House Properties is one of Dubai's fastest-growing real estate brokerages with two offices already in operation. We are now looking for a motivated

Executive Assistant (Fresh Graduate)

who will work directly with the

Managing Director

to support daily activities, projects, and business operations across multiple departments.

This role is a rare opportunity for a recent graduate to gain full exposure to how a company grows and operates -- from recruitment and sales to marketing strategy and developer partnerships.

You will shadow the Managing Director closely, assist in planning, communication, coordination, and ensure smooth execution of both internal and external tasks.

Requirements

Fresh graduate (Bachelor's degree from a reputable UAE university) UAE Visa holder Fluent, professional English (spoken and written) Highly presentable, organized, and reliable Must have a car and valid UAE driving license Excellent communication and follow-up skills Very active, ambitious, and teachable Available to start immediately
