, a boutique Canadian-led brokerage expanding in Dubai, is hiring a
full-time Administrative & Sales Coordinator
to support high-level operations, manage sales follow-ups, and assist in client-developer interactions.
This is
not
a desk-only job. You'll be part of property tours, sales launches, client meetings, and backend deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal documentation, listings, and CRM updates
Coordinate daily schedules, developer meetings, and sales tours
Follow up with client leads on WhatsApp, calls, and emails
Prepare offer letters, forms, and marketing briefs
Attend developer offices, sales events, and client presentations
Handle backend DLD, RERA, Trakheesi submissions with precision
Maintain professional, timely communication with clients and partners
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
- written and verbal
Minimum
1 year experience in Dubai real estate
or a related admin role
Confident, organized, and proactive with clients and team members
Comfortable using CRMs, Google Drive, WhatsApp, and sales tracking tools
Able to travel across Dubai to attend meetings and viewings
Presentable, polished, and performance-driven
What We Offer
Salary: AED 4,000-8,500/month
based on experience
