To provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director's office, with quality, accuracy, integrity, and timely manners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Preference will be given to candidates who have certification in Executive Assistant / Secretary Roles.
7+ years experience in managing administrative functions within a complex and high-energy business environment.
Should be currently working in a similar role.
UAE experience will be an advantage
Articulated, self-assured, persistent.
Should be well versed in advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
Managing the MD’s workflow and priorities by managing his schedule (including appointments and travel) and anticipating steps ahead.
Preparing for and following up on internal and external meetings, including preparation of presentations as appropriate.
Support the MD’s attendance and participate in a range of external meets through filing and timely provision of minutes, agendas, and supporting documents.
Serving as primary liaison for administrative support, including meeting coordination and preparation, pre-read composition, meeting minutes, and liaison for Department Heads and Direct Reporting.
Keeping MD’s eyes on key performance indicators, by gathering insight against key deliverables in strategic plan and KPIs for each domain reporting to MD.
Helping MD to get strategically in front of challenges (whether red flags in KPIs or key deliverables downstream) by examining future deliverables and anticipating what MD needs to be present to execute.
Maintaining awareness for 1:1 meetings between MD and his direct reports, and for accountability tracking for individual BU Head and Direct Reporting– including progress against personal financial and other commitments to the organization.
Undertake high-quality tasks in a timely manner to ensure the work program meets the Required Deadlines.
Carry out Special projects as allocated by the MD

Diary Management (Diarizing meetings and appointments)
