Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the CEO/ management team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Reporting To: CEO of the Company

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Daily Calendar & Schedule appointments, Meetings & Reminders Reports as instructed by CEO.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for Meetings, including Agendas, Presentations, and Reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and prioritize them appropriately & professionally.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Conduct research and gather information for various Projects and Reports as instructed by CEO.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Assist & Record in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, and monitor expenses.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Responsible to handle CEO Agenda, Prepare Daily Plan, and monitor the updates in regulars intervals
  • Highly Professional & Proactive and understand the Needs of Business.
  • We are looking for someone with a keen Presence of Mind.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
