Executive Assistance (healthcare/finance) Background Arabic Speaking
Job Description
* Must have background knowledge in Healthcare, Finance or/and engineering biomedical. * Must have minimum of 7 years' experience in any of the field above. * The post is for private healthcare company working with the public sector. * Location is Dubai but must be flexible with commute to Abu Dhabi & Al Ain when required. * Fluent in Arabic & English
Professional in budgeting, financial calculations and balance sheet arrangements. * Understanding general hospital operations or/and biomedical services. * Worked in hospital or biomedical companies. * Excellent skills in Microsoft excel and presentation. * Ability to do presentations. * Writing MOM and follow tasks. * Management of all office tasks. *Coordinate with internal and external parties for tasks follow up.
