Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to build new business for manpower/ outsourcing business units and bring new clients
- Maintain existing clients\' value requirements and maintain good customer relationship
- Manage pending payments from existing client
- Searching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Managing quotes and proposals for clients
- Understanding the client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Represent our company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies based on product features and target markets
- Maintains relationships with internal company medical assistance departments, i.e., marketing, technical services, control center, region office, and clinical operations.
- Represents and promotes the full portfolio of company medical assistance business verticals by interacting with established Hospitals and developing new prospects in the region.
- Meeting individuals who are decision-makers in the sales process.
- Previous and current experience working with Manpower Recruitment companies.
- Must have experience with some of the following industries - Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities Management, etc.
- Experience with UAE clients is essential and potential clients pipeline an advantage.
- Must have strong client relations and negotiation skills.
- 5-7years of UAE experience in Business Development with the Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage
