We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Executive Administrative Assistant
to provide comprehensive support to C-level executives within a reputed organization in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in the construction or related industries within the GCC. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and confidentiality.
Organize and prepare documentation for board meetings, executive reviews, and external engagements.
Act as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office, anticipating needs and providing proactive support.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
5-7 years of proven experience supporting
C-level executives
in the
construction/Engineering industry
or related sectors within the GCC.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication proficiency in
English
